LSG Leader’s Honor Code

LEADERSHIP COMMITMENT

By signing the Love Says Go “LSG” Leaders Honor Code I attest that:

  1. I sought the heart of the Lord and sensed His approval regarding my participation as a servant leader in LSG ministry.

  2. My work for LSG will be as “unto the Lord”, offering my highest standard of work.

  3. I will be teachable and stir myself up to be hungry to learn and grow.

  4. I will uphold the values, spiritual beliefs, and Kingdom Culture of LSG.

  5. I will honor others in the LSG community by refraining from allowing my tongue to speak negatively about others. If there develops an issue with another, I will go directly to that individual and follow the wisdom in the process outlined in “Matthew 18:15-17“. 

  6. I commit to choosing attitudes, thinking patterns, behaviors, and actions to align with the Word of God and to be open for continual transformation into the likeness of Jesus and His Kingdom ways.

  7. I will commit to growing in the disciplines of prayer and increasing knowing Him and His ways through His Word. I commit to obeying the Word of God without reservation.

LEADERSHIP QUALIFICATION

By signing the LSG Leaders Honor Code I attest that I meet the LSG Leadership Qualifications.

  1. I am sincere, conduct myself to be worthy of respect, and of a good reputation.

  2. I have a genuine desire to serve and minister to other people.

  3. I am able to encourage, lead, motivate, and teach other people.

  4. I am able to create positive group dynamics and encourage conflict resolution when needed.
